My camping trip went well and my family and I had a lot of fun. The highlight of it was on Saturday - when my Dad and I took a 7-mile hike to view a beautiful waterfall. He also showed me how to chop wood (which is harder than it sounds). The downsides were not getting enough sleep (because it was so quiet I could hear everything moving around in the night, on top of being on a strange bed) and getting a pretty bad sunburn on my shoulders (despite putting on sunscreen).

Got home yesterday afternoon and I was soooo tired... But we still had to unload the car, which we did. Then I spent the rest of the day catching up on dA and other internet stuff (and taking 10 minute cat-naps in-between it all. I slept like a log last night.

I hafta go to bed early tonight *bleh* so I can wake up extra-early tomorrow morning so the fam and I can catch a plane to Florida. I hate early-morning flights so much. I am not a morning person.

As I've said before, I will have connection to the net at my Gramp's condo, but I probably won't be on very often over the next week. I will be spending time with family & friends, and I hope to be able to work on lots of digital art. *cough*JAMBOREE*cough*
